About
A Daejeon practice for sober operational packs
DataSys Infra exists for the hours when back-office applications already produce numbers — and someone still has to turn them into a report leadership trusts.
Origin
We began by sitting with shared-services teams in Chungcheong who were drowning in extracts. The applications were stable enough; the packs were not. Over repeated engagements we specialised in operational efficiency sections and incident pattern write-ups rather than broad “digital transformation” programmes.
How we work
Engagements are short, documentary, and facilitated. We interview report owners, annotate real packs, and leave you with materials your staff can maintain. Remote sessions are normal; on-site time in Daejeon is available when reading the room matters.
People
Min-seo Park leads efficiency report structure and weekly pack critiques. Hyeon-woo Kim focuses on incident cluster readings and recovery-path language. Sora Lee facilitates cadence design and leadership briefings.
Values
- Prefer plain outcomes over decorative severity scores
- Publish freeze dates before polishing slides
- Write patterns that survive staff rotation
- Decline work that needs a product pitch more than a report
