By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services described

Pages describe professional reporting reviews, assessments, cadence design, and briefings. Descriptions are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear only in a written engagement letter or statement of work accepted by both parties.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments. Published rates are guidance only until confirmed in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics, is owned by DataSys Infra or its licensors. Client deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in the engagement letter. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without permission.

Client materials

You warrant that sample reports, ticket extracts, and other materials you provide for an engagement may lawfully be shared with us for the stated purpose. You remain responsible for redacting personal data beyond what the engagement requires.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, DataSys Infra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on informational content. Liability under a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Daejeon shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
